INSTRUCTIONS

FOR USE - USE ON RING WHIPPINGS ONLY.

IMPORTANT: Avoid any contact with any products that contain silicon

1. Surface to be coated should be as level and dirt-free as possible. !

2. Measure exactly equal amounts of Resin ‘A’ and Resin ‘B’ by volume. Mix the measured finish in a clean, dry container.

3.  Stir until the finish until thoroughly blended. Do this slowly to prevent bubbles forming. To prolong use of the resin and to prevent premature setting, place the container on a bed of ice.

4. Apply the Resin to whippings in a warm room between 21-30C (70-85F).Brush Resin over whippings with a stiff bristle brush evenly  and  rotate the sections continuously to allow for even drying. 6-33 rpm if using a motor dryer.

5. After a short time air bubbles created during mixing will rise to the surface.  A hair dryer on a hot setting can be used for final bubble removal and levelling of the surface.

6. Initial curing takes approximately 6-8 hours, and sections should be rotated for at least 5 hours at the above temps to prevent sagging of the resin. Final hardening takes up to 48 hours.

Brushes should be cleaned with Cellulose Thinners.

CAUTION: Resin ‘A’ contains epoxy bispherol and Resin ‘B’ contains a polyamine curing agent.  If contact with the skin occurs wash well with soap and water.  This product should be use in a well-ventilated area, and you should avoid breathing in the vapours.
