H1. ‘Flor’ Grade Cork Trout Handles - Finest grade extra select cork handles, available.
Ultra-Fine. (UF) (length 6.75”) 172mm,
Reverse Half Wells (RHW) (length 7.25”) 182mm.

Good solid cork grade. More voids and fissures than our Flor or Super and thus more filler content. No rubbish cork though!
These are better quality than some high end rod makers put on their fly rods..

CS-C. Precision Cut ‘Flor’ Grade Shives inletted to fit the top hood on all the reel seats listed. ( be sure to state reel seat code). £2.45.
DC. Dura Cork Sheet.
Durable composite cork/rubber mix. Ideal for the end of fighting butts or for the butt of salmon fly rods. Each sheet is 4.5" X 4.5" X 5mm thick. Sands just like cork. Can be easily cut to shape with scissors or a sharp craft knife.

PU-2. PU Polyurethane Cork Glue.
The best glue you will ever find for assembling cork sections or for fitting handles. Expands it's volume on contact with the materials you intend to bond. Ideal for fitting pre formed handles. You will have no more loose or creaking cork on handles ever! if you use this glue.

CP-1 Thread colour preserver. This is a cellulose based traditional colour preserver. Still the best for retaining the original brilliance of the original thread colour. We use this for all of our repair work when we need to match the manufacturers original finish. For best results, apply in two coats. Allow to dry for 24 hours between coats. Trim any tag ends of thread before applying the second coat.
It is also very useful as it dries clear, shrinks slightly, and acts like a clear adhesive for brushing into the fissures in low quality cork that has been filled excessively to hold the filler in place.

Rec Recoil Guides. I don't offer them. I appreciate they are sexy and the current fad. The ability to spring back when dinged is brilliant. Maybe the material is great for making flexible frame spectacles.... but I think they are poor for long term use on rods. They seem to wear out quickly. I've see to many rods here in for repair that show premature wear.
The picture below shows a guide taken of a Loomis that was only over a season old. The tip guide was virtually sawn through.
